Full Service Design is for the client who would like end to end assistance to create the space of their dreams.

This service includes:

Cost: Starting at $499 per room. Pricing based on size and scope of project.

Virtual Design Service

Knowing how to figure out that big picture direction, or understanding the materials to help create a comfortable yet aesthetically pleasing space can sometimes be daunting or overwhelming. Our E-Design Service does that initial plan setting for you, and helps give you a design you can implement at your own pace.

This service includes:

• A getting to know you session where we’ll discuss your space and your needs and have you fill out a questionnaire
• 1 Design Board
• A full list of products and links to all items on the Design Board
• 2 Revisions to the Design Board

Cost: $199

New Build and Renovation Services

Planning a new build or renovation? By hiring Boulevard 121 Design, we help you from start to finish making sure your project is designed around the function, flow, and needs of your family. We start with reviewing your floor plans and elevations, assist with both hard and soft finishes, and help navigate the selections and implementation with contractors, removing communication barriers and making your project as seamless and easy as possible.

This service includes:

• A getting to know you session where we’ll discuss your space and your needs and work through your floor plans and elevations
• A hard finish presentation for all of your lighting, color schemes, and finishes
• A soft finish presentation for all of your furnishings and decor
• Ordering services to ensure you get to take advantage of our trade discount on many items
• Weekly meetings with you and your contractor with project management and on-site visits
• Furniture installation/styling

Cost: Starting at $1,500 for renovations, and starting at $3,500 for New Builds
